Please never take your vehicle to this shop. I take pride in supporting my community, but after today, that will change because Jacob lacks accountability and standards. I took my 2024 Volkswagen Jetta SE in for a repair on the front passenger fender, and I’ve been here in the past without issues. I went to pick up my car on Friday, June 26, 2026, at 1 PM, and upon my arrival, I noticed that the front passenger fender wheel cover was missing clamps and the inner wheel panel was just dangling, they had overlapping paint that looked bad. So, I left, and they called me back at 1:55 PM. This time, there was paint dust on my hood and trunk, and I assumed they inspected vehicles before returning them. He fixed that, and once I left, my message center indicated an issue with the right headlight. Once I got back and explained the situation, I was frustrated being this was my 3rd time there today. All they could say was that it was already like that but I drove for three days after my car was shot, and there was no message displayed. One of the guys had the nerve to say that I was complaining about minor issues, which shows that this family business lacks accountability and does not take re

Came in with my mirror and window messed up. They took care of me and were very responsive to all my questions. Another body shop quoted me $6,000. They fixed it for 1/6 of that price in a speedy manner. Thankyou Marcus (the repair man)

The worse experience ever! Lack of communication, unprofessional, took my car in for collision repair. They called after 1 1/2 months and stated the repairs was done! They were not! The whole collision part of the car which was the front door was not repaired! Instead smaller dents was. There was still a broken head light as well as the main collision not repaired. I experienced all of my concerns and they agreed to fix it.3 weeks later I get another call it's finished. After disputes of payments occurred I was charged another $1000 because the receptionist had things mixed up. I retrieve my car only to find out the bumper was also not fixed, the hub cap and cap of fender is missing, the car Is making unexplainable noises that was not there. Inside dome light broken which a burn injury occurred because of it , and hopefully it will automatically time out and a big screw in my tire! If you want a professional shop that's not all about money or value your time and money don't go here! The righteous will prevail! This shop is horrible and experience was as well. My car was there for over 2months

My car was recently struck by a deer and I looked up Jacob Auto Collision Center for repairs. They were polite and gave me an estimate on my car for the damage within minutes. I received my car back within a decent timeframe and was very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for body repairs on their vehicle.

I had an overall great experience with Jacob Auto Collision. The Jacob family is very friendly and professional, and their shop did a great job on my car. I was rear-ended and pushed into another car, which punctured both of my bumper covers and reinforcement bars and also dinged my hood and trunk lid. The shop got my decade-old car looking better than it did when I bought it a few years ago. Their estimate process is very comprehensive, and the pricing was competitive. The only issue I had was that they weren't proactive in communicating to me that the work would take longer than expected because they ended up needing an additional part. However, they were extremely responsive - someone answered the phone every time I called and gave me a status update. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the outcome and would recommend the shop to anyone needing body work.
